Group Visit Programs
Group Visit Programs
Providence College is pleased to welcome groups of students from various high schools and community-based organizations to visit campus and learn about the College and our admission process on a space-available basis.
Group Visits are available Tuesday-Thursday during the academic semesters or Monday-Thursday in the summer. We offer two options: student-guided walking tour (approximately 90-minutes) or an information session followed by a student-guided walking tour (approximately 120-minutes).
Please review the following information before requesting a group visit:
- Groups should be from a high school or community-based organization assisting high school students in grade 9-12 and who may be interested in applying to Providence College. We are unable to provide visit opportunities for elementary and/or middle school-aged groups.
- We are able to accommodate groups of up to 50 students.
- We ask that you provide a minimum of 1 chaperone for every 8 students in your group. Chaperones are required to remain with the students at all times.
- If you are interested in dining on campus during the academic year, an all-you-can-eat lunch is available in Raymond Dining Hall for $19.99 per person ($16.75 per person provided you bring a copy of your tax-exempt certificate). The Dining Hall highly recommends one payment from the whole group rather than individual payments. Payments can be made in the form of a check or credit card. We are unable to offer meals during the summer months.
- Residence Halls are not shown as part of the campus tour, but information is available here: Residence Life and Housing
Please note: We require a minimum of two weeks’ notice to plan your visit.
