The opportunities to explore PC as admitted students are almost as endless as the ones you’ll encounter upon enrolling. Below is an overview of upcoming programs, but for the most up to date listing, as well as additional details and registration, students should visit the Admission Status Portal. Advance registration is required for all programs.

Admitted Student Visits

Offered throughout the week beginning in February through May 1

Celebrate your admission with members of the Friar community and other admitted students! You will hear how faculty, staff, and current students describe the Friar Family as they share their experiences at Providence College before a campus tour guided by one of our current students.  

Shadow Our Students

Friar for a Day

Offered on select dates throughout the spring, Friar for a Day allows students who have not yet committed to Providence College the opportunity to sit in on classes, learn more about our Development of Western Civilization program, enjoy lunch in Raymond Dining Hall, and more!

Early Admitted Students Day
Saturday, February 7

From academic sessions to student life conversations, you’ll have plenty of ways to explore our community. You’ll also have the option to join the excitement of Friartown by attending an athletic event of your choice.

This event is only for students admitted through Early Action.

Early Decision Celebration
Friday, February 27

Begin the transition to PC by meeting your classmates and learning about Orientation, while also celebrating your admission with dinner and tickets to the men’s ice hockey game against the University of
New Hampshire.

This event is only for students admitted through Early Decision I & Early Decision II.

Admitted Students Day
Saturday, April 11

With opportunities to learn about academic programs and student life, take a tour of campus and residence halls, and meet your future classmates, this event will answer every question you have about PC.

This event is open to all admitted students.

These events and others customized specifically to your interests will be available for registration within the Admission Status Portal on January 5, 2026.
